2021 Volunteer of the
Year - Aku Patel
Each year, the Sunnyvale Little League Board of
Directors recognizes an individual for their commitment to, and participation
in our league. This volunteer exemplifies the ideals and goals of Little League
Baseball and our league, by dedicating themselves to the development of players
in our league.
This year, we recognize Aku Patel as our 2021 Sunnyvale
Little League Volunteer of the Year.
Aku has served as a board member
since 2014, holding Treasurer, Player Agent, Training Coordinator and
Farm/Pioneer/TBall Director roles during his tenure. He has served as a coach
since 2013 and has managed teams for 8 seasons. Aku’s can-do spirit and
energy motivates players and volunteers alike.
Please join us in
thanking Aku for his years of service to our league, and congratulating him as
we recognize him as our 2021 Volunteer of the Year.
