Here are some responses to frequently asked
questions regarding league registration:
1. Why am I
being asked to deliver certain documents
A: Per Little League
Baseball requirements, we must verify hard documents in order to validate the
age of the player and that residency or school attendnace requirements have
been met.
2. What if I can't attend Document
Verification Day
A: As the league is making two different days
available for document verification, you are strongly encouraged to attend one
of these two days. There are currently no plans to hold a makeup date beyond
these two dates. If you have any further comments or questions, please
email the registrar at
registration@sunnyvalelittleleague.com
3. Is my child required to attend player
evaluations?
A: Player evaluations are required for any player
who wishes to play in the Minors, Majors, Intermediate, or Juniors Divisions.
Player valuations are used to assess player skill by managers, who then
participate in a player draft. Children who wish to participate in
Challenger, T-Ball, Pioneer or Farm Divisions DO NOT need to attend player
evaluations.
4. When are player
evaluations?
Player evaluations are required for all players in
the Minors and Majors divisions.
