SVLL Health and
Safety Update - March 2022
Sunnyvale Little League continues to
follow state, county and city guidelines regarding health and safety. At this
time there are no requirements which mandate the use of a mask. We do encourage
players and spectators to continue wearing a mask, but again this is not a
mandate.
We have also discontinued sanitizing equipment with alcohol
based sanitizers, although we do have hand sanitizer available at the snack
shacks.
As was the case last season, if you or your child is not
feeling well, or is showing any COVID related symptoms, you/they should not
attend any league activities. We ask that you communicate any positive COVID
tests to the league Safety Director in that event there was any potential
exposure to other members of the league.
Additionally, there are no
restrictions on spectator viewing areas, so fans may watch our games from all
regular spectating areas. There is a long standing Little League rule however
that spectators are not allowed to congregate next to our dugout entrance /
exits.
