URGENT: Age/Address
Verification & Player Evaluation Venues Changed
We
received notice from the city that Cupertino Middle School is unplayable due to
standing water, so we are forced to move both our Player Evaluations and
Age/Address Verification events this weekend.
On Saturday (Jan 21),
both of these events will be held at Fair Oaks Park in
Sunnyvale (540 N Fair Oaks Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085). This is about a 15 drive
from CMS, so please plan accordingly.
On Sunday (Jan 22), both of these
events will be held at Homestead High School (21370
Homestead Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014) on the auxiliary baseball field in the back
of the school (south-west corner). You must use the gate by the tennis courts
in order to gain access to the fields at HHS.
We apologize for this last
minute change. We have been working with the city and school all day to nail
down a location.
Age/Address Verification will still take place from 9am
to 2pm both days at the venues stated above.
Challenger Families are
NOT required to complete age/address verification.
A
Note for Players Aged 9 to 12:
All players of LL age 9-12 are
required to attend Player Evaluations this weekend. This event allows coaches
to evaluate players in advance of the player draft that occurs shortly after
this event. Players MUST attend this event in order to be eligible for the
Majors or Minors draft. You risk forfeiting your roster spot if you do not
attend. If you have not yet signed up for a specific session, you must do so
via this
form. (If you have already filled out the form,
please do not resubmit.) Players only need to attend one session, not both.
More details are available online:

Evaluation schedule:
LL age 9&10s: Saturday,
Jan 21 - 9am (end by noon), OR Sunday, Jan 22 - 1pm (end by 4pm) LL age 11&12s: Saturday, Jan 21 - 1pm (end by 4pm), OR
Sunday, Jan 22 - 9am (end by noon)
Players should
arrive at least 20 min before their scheduled evaluation session to check in
and have an identification number issued. Please do not be late.
Players need to wear baseball attire, including a baseball hat (no
shorts!) and bring their own baseball glove and batting helmet. Cleats are
strongly recommended. Bring a USA Baseball approved bat if you have one (not
required).
Note: Players who are deemed to be a safety risk at the
level registered, may be asked to move to a level which is more appropriate for
their skill level. Player safety is our number one priority, and we will do
everything in our power to place a child in a level that will offer the best
opportunity to develop their baseball skills in a safe environment.

Level Player Agent at:
