SVLL Alum Blake
Rogers makes collegiate debut
Congratulations to Sunnyvale Little League (Serra) alum
Blake Rogers on his collegiate baseball debut. Rogers pitched for the Baylor
Bears (Big 12 Conference) vs Central Michigan on February 18th. Blake is a true
freshman and attended St Francis High School before signing with the Bears last
year.
Rogers was named the 2022 WCAL Pitcher of the Year, Central Coast
Section Pitcher of the Year, and a First-Team All-State honoree. He was named
the Northern California Pitcher of the Year.
Rogers played Little League
in Sunnyvale, starting in T-Ball and finishing in our Majors Division in 2016.
He was a member of the 2014 10/9 All Stars team that won championships in the
Section 5 Tournament and the District 44 Tournament.
